Learn the basics of both competitive swimming, the sport of water polo, and even some basic lifeguarding rescue techniques! Each morning will tackle a different competitive swim stroke with drills, technique, turn work, and races culminating in a Friday morning mini-meet. Before and after lunch, students will get the chance to perform simulated water rescues. The late mornings/afternoons of each day will be dedicated to water polo skills, drills, and games. There will also be plenty of time for fun, pool games throughout the day! Please note that these are not swim lessons. Participants should be strong swimmers.
