Go beyond the traditional classroom and step into an immersive, multidisciplinary leadership experience. Over the course of five days, the Diverse Leadership Workshop uses the arts, athletics, and real-world skills to develop the "Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership."
This camp operates on the belief that leadership is a practice, not a position. Whether on the sports field, in the orchestra, or starting a business, students will learn how to Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.
