Video Editing (Adobe Premiere CC)

Released in 2015, Adobe Premiere CC set a new industry standard in editing software for independent filmmakers and video production professionals. This course is a hands-on introduction to this powerful software, designed to help both novice and experienced editors take their edits to the next level. This class covers the entire post-production process from start to finish, focusing on the various techniques and approaches used to execute different formats and genres of film and video, including highlight videos, trailers, short films and web videos. Students will learn how to create a compelling story from uncut footage, and how to use different visual and audio elements like titles, graphics and sound effects to create a polished and professional final product. No editing experience is required for this camp.
*Note: this camp only focuses on the editing process and does not include the use of cameras or other recording equipment
