Baseball

January 21, 2010

July 18 – July 22

Baseball campers will be divided into two groups determined by ages. Both groups will be instructed in all phases of the game. Emphasis will be on placed proper technique in hitting and base running, along with infield and outfield defensive instruction. Each day will start with stretching and long toss, followed by a variety of drills for each position. The latter half of the day will focus on situational play on the field and end with an inter-squad game. Each player will grow in their skill development; gain a greater understanding of the game and have fun with their peers and coaches.

Players are to be in baseball attire including the proper protection. Each camper will need to have his/her own glove and are encouraged to bring a bat.
